I have encountered an Android built problem with error: Unable to execute dex: Multiple dex files define Lcom/radiusnetworks/ibeacon/IBeaconConsumer;.
Could this be related to this enhancement?

I am still a bit confused. Are iBeacons supported on Android? The removal of RadiusNetworks iBeacon library for Android indicates to me it is not supported. I am assuming it is not supported until you complete this enhancement. Am I correct? I have had a problem getting 2.1 to work on Android. It works like a dream on IOS.

The radius iBeacon library works fine but it only works on devices which are Android 4.3 and above. The altbeacon change which I'll do when I get time will also support iBeacon in exactly the same way, so if the radius version isn't working, its either not configured right or your device doesn't support BlueTooth LE (the common tech which iBeacon use).

Hi Tree,
Thanks for the information. I am testing on A Galaxy s5. The Android version is 4.4.2. It supports Bluetooth LE. I load the radius Library anytime I use the Plugin. It appears if I don’t call any of the methods, the Radius library is not loaded even if the Plugin is installed.
