Hmm I see it's missing the \ Looks good in the source https://github.com/phalcon/cphalcon/blob/4.0.x/phalcon/Exception.zep
We generate the stubs with Zephir. Will test this tomorrow and otherwise open an issue in Zephir. Thnx for the report.
