Feature Request: 9 slice sprite

you can use a plug-in that was created for this very thing.

It is not in the framework yet as far I know, unless it's coming in phaser 3, but this plug-in does it for you and is easy to use.

@mulovad Phaser 2 does not support 9 slice sprite officially so we do not have in plan to support it for now. If Phaser 3 will support it then we will move it on top of the priority lists.

no problem this looks like a prety good 9-patch editor if your looking for one instead of using android's limited one: http://weblookandfeel.com/nine-patch-editor/
it's free and is created in java so you'll ned jre 6 or later and runs via jar file
