@liuchuangww wrote a utility module for translating language files, the module directory is "localize". I think "translation" would be more descriptive and proper.

@MarcoXoops The module does not work well now.
I think we'd better use some tools like poedit instead of write our own module at this stage.

yes, i was surprised that such a tool already exists!
no problem, but i need some explanation how translation works and have to be done.
we want with kris to translate pi to french in the next days, and i will write into wiki as well, if someone takes 5 mn to explain me !

we moved to gettext, and pi translation process was documented with an HowTo
