Duplicate `Read_PTU.m` files

This is not affecting me; just something I noted.

There are two directories whose name differs only by capitalization.
On filesystems that are not case-sensitive (Windows, macOS), one of the files cannot be accessed.

Git prints the following warning upon cloning:

warning: the following paths have collided (e.g. case-sensitive paths
on a case-insensitive filesystem) and only one from the same
colliding group is in the working tree:

  'PTU/MatLab/Read_PTU.m'
  'PTU/Matlab/Read_PTU.m'

In my experience, fixing this kind of situation is best done by cloning the repo on Linux (whose filesystem is usually case-sensitive, assuming you are not mounting a Windows or macOS filesystem), removing the duplicate (possibly reconciling the content), and then committing. It is hard (impossible?) to fix on Windows or macOS.
