@pifantastic, it's really odd. I see the latest code in master. The version on my local copy matches the master version, but I don't have the same code (no sync)? I've tried installing on multiple machines. Am I missing something?

I contributed the feature, but I don't think @pifantastic updated anything with versions. Sync works, and I've been using it in production for a month now. The default behavior is to only upload when file does not exist already. Adding 'verify':true will force a hash+mtime check. I'm going to be pushing a Docs contribution for this feature so it's more clear what is happening.
