We should figure out, which kind of sparse matrices are used in which place.

pysparse is only used directly in class Network: network.py

First steps:

  • Replace pysparse with scipy.sparse in main handling of sparse adjacency matrix (set_adajecency method etc)
  • Make pysparse a soft dependency that is only imported in methods related to random walk betweenness etc. where solvers are needed.

Implemented in commit 5a6b858. Still experimental, has to be tested thoroughly, especially for functions without tests.
