Passport redirect for Facebook is always to localhost

@dariusriggins The server app launched with an environment variable of NODE_ENV=heroku uses url variable configurable in config/heroku.json for its base URL. It is read in ultimate.server.middleware.passport.facebook, then the final callback url that you see in the query string is built here. You either didn't set the environment variable correctly or didn't set the url in heroku configuration file.

I was an idiot and just copied my config over the top of the heroku config, not realizing the additional parameter was there. Thanks.
