All or most functions currently throwing a NotBoundedError should be able to instead express the requirement in their arguments object

throws docstrings pertaining to the removed NotBoundedErrors should be removed themselves and the documentation explaining the expected arguments should be able to provide the same information from the wrapped function's arguments object.

Functions like array and object currently accepting an optional limit argument are not completely compatible with this goal. The limit argument should be removed altogether and users should use methods such as head or limit or assumeBounded instead.
