Woah, I just realized I never had to use in projects where I used keymage, so it's not there. I've built it and it seems to be working for me, will be published in few minutes.

It is 1.1.0 on npm: keymage.unbind('C-a', your_handler)
.
This is a bit awkward though if you have handlers regenerated somehow and not unique. In this case it would be nice to return some reference, but this will take a bit more time to implement properly, so... Yeah, just notify me if current way is not working for you.
