I am having trouble getting this working with angular-ui-router

do you have require_tree ../templates? Does your app depend on templates module?

Hi pitr, I have the require_tree and the templates dependency on my app module. One strange thing I see in the firefox debugger is that the view file that I am trying to have displayed, named: home.js?body=1 on the client debugger looks like this:

(function() {

}).call(this);

Whereas another view file from that same directory: navigation.js?body=1 looks correctly downloaded to the client.

angular.module("templates").run(["$templateCache", function($templateCache) {
$templateCache.put("navigation.html",..lots of html here...)
}]);

ah, I think it might be colliding with app/assets/javascripts/home.js.coffee, try deleting it and see if that works.
