Have you set your RUBY_OPTS per the readme?
JAVA_OPTS='-client -XX:+TieredCompilation -XX:TieredStopAtLevel=1' JRUBY_OPTS='-J-Djruby.launch.inproc=true'
from licensefinder.
Added and the same result (bundler trying to bundle sqlite3 gem for jRuby)
$ env | grep OPTS
JAVA_OPTS=-client -XX:+TieredCompilation -XX:TieredStopAtLevel=1
JRUBY_OPTS=-J-Djruby.launch.inproc=true
BTW Version 1.0.0.0 perfectly works and can be bundled on jRuby (even without these variables set). That's what I actually did, downgrade and currently using 1.0.0.0 for CI reports.
From rubygems can be seen that there is no compatible "java" version for 1.0.1 version.
Could it be the reason?

That seems likely Artur, thanks. We'll build a java release and then we can close this out.

Bumping this. This still seems to be happening as of 1.1.1. I'd be happy to help contribute to the build process if there's anything I can do! LMK.

Acknowledged, looking into it now.

I've pushed license_finder-1.1.1-java.gem to rubygems:
https://rubygems.org/gems/license_finder/versions/1.1.1-java
Please let me know if you need older versions built and pushed as well. Apologies for this falling through the cracks for so long.
