Upgrade to Smarty 3 required

Sorry for the issue. It can be fix by simply upgrading Smarty to the last 2.6.x release.

really ? I'll do it as a "temporary" fix (will still be better to use Smarty 3)

Yes really. I don't find the release number in source but I use composer and with the last release 2.6.28 the issue is fixed.
