@probityrules Try installing with this little utility Adobe made: http://blogs.adobe.com/animate/installing-zxp-extensions-using-the-manage-extensions-utility/ Do you get the same error then?

@bigtimebuddy I intended to try your suggestion this morning, but noticed that Creative Cloud had a pending software update. I went ahead and installed the CC update, logged back into CC, and PixiAnimate automatically installed. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Problem solved by v3.7.0.272 I suppose.

👍 Cool. Let me know if you have any feedback on the extension.
Couple good limitations to know: tweened masks, symbol masks, filters, gradients and bitmap fills are not supported yet. Also, no Windows support.
Vectors, bitmaps, text and animations (including nested clips) should work.
