Provide a prebuilt docker image for self-hosting

I would like to provide a PR. I would just need to know where it should go, whether Docker Hub, Github or maybe even other image registries.

Then you could also do everything via Github workflows. Perhaps also use https://github.com/googleapis/release-please directly and build the Golang binaries for each release.

Thanks @Dexus but I think I should do this one since it will need a registry account and release script integration. I will look at getting all of it into a Github workflow though.

You can host this via github packages :) i have some pre-built images for projects here: https://github.com/ZanzyTHEbar?tab=packages
