Hey there! Thanks for reporting this. Digging more into this before I have a great answer but I at least waned to let you know.
Glad you at least were able to get things working. I'll report back once I figure out if its a bug in the system or an issue with the documentation.

@gradisarjoze Ok so I got a little more info from our engineering team today:
create_branch_password is for users connecting to our service using an OAuth app.
connect_branch permits a service token to create a password using the CLI, but for non-production branches only.
connect_production_branch permits a service token to create a password using the CLI for all branch types.
The GitHub Actions use the CLI under the hood. The naming and functionality is admittedly not clear. We're going to address this in a later update to the docs.
