Hi Luciano, is there a severity score associated with this trait and how is it scored? What time after planting is this done? 1month, 2month.....???

Hi Afolabi Thank you for your attention 1º as it is a incidence evaluation it can be in percentage of plants with the symptoms (%). 2º About the time after planting, I think that it doesn't need to fix the time, so we are free to compose with the time series terms. Thanks Luciano, Is there a severity score (categorical scale e.g 1 = no rust,... 5 = plenty rust) associated with this rust trait? I understand the incidence score pretty well.

As well , it should be under fungi categorie (not a virus)
