At this time no there is not a gesture library as part of the DevKit. It is definitely possible to support all of these things from JavaScript but there are no helper libraries to make it easier.
In the future the ideal direction to go would be to implement the native gesture APIs on iOS and Android and pass those events back to JS if they're subscribed. The event system could use another pass in other ways too, so we'll try to add that into the dev queue.
