is_bar() in mpltools breaks stacked bar charts

@amhoov, yeah, that's exactly the type of heuristics that we've sort of gotten forced into. This was an initial first crack that never got updated. I'll try to get to this this week! We'll probably do one of two things:

1. try and leverage bar containers
2. do even more guessing when patches appear to be stacked.

@amhoov, there's a PR in place to fix this here: #95. There are pros and cons to both approaches, but I think this will be the best. Feel free to chime in in any part of the conversation.

@amhoov, this should be fixed for you as of version plotly version 1.2.6. Let me know if that works out for you!

Great! Thanks for the quick work. I've been making my plots in the standard Python plotly API in the meantime, but I'll try to give the latest mpltools another shot soon.
