That's not good! Are you talking about abstractions or subpatchers (the ones that start with pd)? I tried to reproduce this with a simple patch in Logic, but (unfortunately) it loaded fine. Can you supply the pd patch?

This is a flanger audio effect. Loading the main patch file the first time will successfully link with the two additional pd files. After DAW project reload, the effect no longer works with errors about the linked patches.

I see, I get what the problem is. When you open a patch from a file, it tells Pd where the patch is therefore it can find the abstractions. When you close your DAW it just saves the content of the patch, but not the location of the patch! Should be a quick fix!
