Ups, I accidently closed the issue. I am happy with the MR, but the issue should be probably closed when the MR was merged.

Thanks for reporting.
This happens because we don't update "dependents" during write.
I'm afraid we need completely different logic. Somewhat related: #2029 #1901
#2029 (comment) I gave up once, but we'd need revisit it soon. (I feel like it's a good timing to have more contributors who understand the core code in deep.)

On second thought, this can be a simple bug in recomputeDependents. 🤔
