Wait for authentication before automatic channel joins

Currently yaaic does try to join the channels before executing the commands so this is really broken ;)

Okay, i commited two changes:

1. Commands are now executed BEFORE auto joining channels ;)
2. After executing the commands there's a delay of 1 second then yaaic joins all channels

Guess a lot depends on server too... Haven't tested on multiple networks, but on one network the nickserv auth doesn't happen fast enough and the autojoin won't work for me. I have identify and join commands, and autojoin set, but the irc client still spits em commands out too fast. Perhaps a bigger delay between commands or customizable delay under autojoin channels list ?
