Sometimes channels/queries are not directly shown after join

Debugging shows that the broadcast message ist lost as the broadcast is (sometimes) sent before the receivers are registered:

D/Yaaic   (857): onResume()

1271326 - ConversationActivity: register the receivers as early as possible, otherwise we may loose a broadcast message

This is sometimes still not enough (1271326). We have to send the join command after the broadcast receivers have been registered (onActivityResult: push join task to some kind of queue and execute in onResume())
