Well, as you can see, it tries to run GCC. GCC is not bundled with Portacle. You'll have to figure out how to get this compiled on your own, I'm afraid.

I have cygwin gcc installed here. AFAICS, it works when run from portacle's quicklisp. At least it generates executables and dll's:

Well, I don't know. It seems to encounter some severe memory problems in the very least. The SBCL shipped with Portacle is pretty much stock and does not rely on any FFI at all on its own. I have trouble believing it to be an issue specific to what Portacle does.
