/relative-redirect returns an absolute redirect in the live site

It would also be cool to have the relative redirect be "schemeless" (e.g. "//httpbin.org/relative-redirect/6") to test for broken clients.

/relative-redirect is doing actual relative redirects now:

However, /redirect is also doing relative redirects. I opened a new issue #144 for this.
