This is still a problem. httpbin cannot currently be installed on Windows via pip or from GitHub.

I thought I'd take a look at the state of httpbin on Windows so I can close out this ticket. It seems pretty great!
- Github for Windows can succesfully clone httpbin
- The git exe installed by github for windows can git clone the repository from PowerShell
- After installing python pip according to the instructions on python-guide.org I was able to pip install httpbin with no problems
- Gunicorn is not compatible with windows, but I found a pretty cool wsgi server called waitress which runs httpbin wonderfully on Windows:
PS C:\Users\kevin> waitress-serve.exe httpbin:app
serving on http://0.0.0.0:8080
