How to I map home/end/pageup/pagedown to combos?

Complex modifications builds itself from a JSON file, at (for example) /Users/smlewis/.config/karabiner/karabiner.json. This is the spiritual replacement for the old XML. If you read through some of the sample JSON in this repo you will see how to build your own for the modifications you need.

I have the same issue but reading this I'm still not able to do it.
Can't add a double keystroke mapping / don't know hot to add a combo on the json file

Can anybody help me please?

You can do this in Better Touch Tool. Karabiner & BTT are magic together.
