Build and minify js for public sources

Streamline the build and deploy process for the public website by adding an automated concatentation and minification of the js files

Fix issue with flickering of data when >3 active users

Clean up code to use ES6 style

Some of the codebase is currently not using the ES6 style practices (eg. using var instead of let and const, for loops in favor of Arrays.forEach(), etc). We should add changes to make it more consistent and use these style guides

Add a stats endpoint to see list of active rooms

Add an endpoint like /stats/<key> to open up a page which can show a list of active rooms and details about each room. Key would potentially be an environment variable which can be setup in Heroku easily.

Add CI for basic features/functionality

Support Load Balancing

• Use Redis Pub/Sub for sharing messages across instances
• Nginx for load balancing

Reactify the public app

Fix bug for app crashing when zombie web pages are still open after server restart
