I think we should use PrimeFlex and now that we have added Flex detection and things like GridLayoutUtils in PF core it should be realtively easy to add Grid CSS or PrimeFlex.

Why Grid CSS of Primefaces is not enough?

Bootstrap is more flexible :-) But ok, you can add support of CSS Grid to DynaForm.

Might fix the "flexible" problem primefaces/primefaces#1454

Should we do like it has been done in primefaces/primefaces#2226 or PF Grid CSS?

@Rapster For me you are the expert on this component so i would say whatever way you feel is the "cleaner" approach go for that one. But if you plan on eventually having this component in core PF you might want to wait for @tandraschko 's opinion. :)

never had a look at dynaform but it would be great if the user could decide which markup should be used.
i personally use grids but not a PF grid.
So maybe we can play with facets / "markup templates".

I like the idea of choosing markup. Like it has been done for Autocomplete (e.g list or table).

Open for 7 years...should we close this if no one is going to work on it?
I personally don't use DynaForm so I was not planning on working on this.

Besides me, i don't see a lot of people using it and interested in it (too bad I think it's one of most powerful component in the PF suite but unfortunately has limitations).
It can be close for now
