I had this same problem/need but for a different service (Twilio).
I just submitted a pull request last night that adds support for calling out to custom code after the domain is registered and before the app sits and waits.

You can use that extension point to update your remote service with the new host. In my case, I use Twilio's API to update my dev app's webhook URLs to the new value. You can see an example of how this works on my version of the docs:

I'm not sure how feasible this is to do with Facebook, but I presume (hopefully?) you can alter your app's information programmatically...

The new version running in beta (see master) let's you specify a subdomain name.
