Do we really need to add all those parametes? I mean, repo type and source can be retrieved from webhook request?

Actually, I don't really know how to extract information (type, source) from webhook call.
I only worked with git and svn in my life, and only with gitlab wekhooks.

Do you have more info about that ? Do I need to use the repo extension (.git) in [email protected]:my/repository.git ? What about source field ?

Just check github or gitlab example or fixture of how request body looks and take publicly(preferable) accessible url, something like https://github.com/php-fig/log.git.
How about vendor whitelisting?

I'd really love to see this feature. I created a pull request that makes GitLab webhooks create repositories automatically. This is a first iteration for this feature and needs to be adapted for the other webhook implementations.
