Unloading areas with NPCs errors.

I can look into it later this weekend.

I'll need to know how you triggered this error so that I can reproduce the error (if possible).

How many NPCs did you spawn in? Were they off-screen?
Do you have an approximate distance from the NPC throwing the error?

That way I can identify the root cause and fix it.

1. Simply walking far enough away from some patrolling or wandering NPCs triggers the errors.
2. Seems to happen with any amount tbh. But a safe bet would be more than 4.
3. From Rosewood Police to the far end of the Rosewood Fire station's far enough. But you 100% have to walk/run there. Teleporting doesn't throw an error.

EDIT: Just sent a PR with a fix. Feel free to do whatever with it.
