Wrong validation of 'duration' prop

Hello! Thanks to report this,

Actually, there is a validation that is needed to ensure the component well work, checks the duration must be a number greater than 1, that's why you are getting that warning in your console.

validator(duration: number): boolean {
  return duration >= 1;
}

I'll close this issue and correct the docs (https://github.com/ps-cristopher/vue3-autocounter-docs) to specify this.
