Short answer: there is no fix for that issue on Unity 2019.

So one quick question - should I use 2020 version of Unity?

If you can, yes.

Adding more info into my last answer, that problem happens because of how we create the mesh render. Even in 2020 if you need to use the mesh way to create the render, it will happen.

(procedural option that not exist in 2019)

There's kinda another problem or rather annoying thing:

regarding to documentation, first time when you import your package, when you put SampleDemoWindow to the scene, in the console you can see errors about importing .hlsl files in PassesUniversal.hlsl - lines 4 and 6. But after saving project, reopening it's just fine - don't know why.

Sometimes Unity cries about problems with building, but executing Build and run will eventually go fine and I can run the binary.

Weird :P

Anyway, thank you for your help. Closing this issue as it is resolved.
