The first error was solved in the last commit, the others are caused when the scale parameter of jvectormaps is NAN. I was able to find out that scale becomes NAN when the "jvectormap-container" div's width become 0px, that triggers an zero by zero division which results in NAN.

To fix this I edited the "jquery-jvectormap.min.js" file to add a verification for the zero width.

  That is just a hack, to fix it definitely we need to find why sometimes the container width becomes zero.
