Hi,
I just tested it on the latest FF on Mac OSX Maverick and on windows7 and it's working fine.
Try to check if that depends on any of the FF plugin installed first and be sure to run the page you are testing under a web server, otherwise it'll not work (if you run it as file in browser it used to work on FF but it doesn't anymore).

It's really strange. I deactivated all plugins and extensions (even if i don't activate any new plugin during the last month) and i'm still having the problem. Obviously the jquery.mb.YTPlayer is running under a web server (to be more precise under three different ones :). Same thing happens on your demo website. I'm using the latest Firefox on Lion and Mavericks.

With a downgrade it doesn't work too. I'm missing something. Probably it isn't due to the plugin or firefox.

Are you getting errors on the javascript console?

I'm using yt video as background, and no, there isn't any error in console.
After pressing "pause" or "mute/unmute" in http://pupunzi.com/mb.components/mb.YTPlayer/demo/demo_player.html there's a Type Error in console (YTPlayer.player is undefined) instead

You are getting this error because the Youtube API is not responding so the player is not defined. But it's not happening to me... So the problem seams that your FF can't get the Youtube API response somehow... are you running under a proxy?

For me it's working here but there's a little piece of audio coming through in the beginning although it shouldn't because it's muted. I don't have this problem in Chrome or Safari. Any ideas?

EDIT: Bug is also occuring in Firefox 28

@ltdrebin I am experiencing the same issue when I am setting the containment to an element other than 'body' - when I set the containment to 'body' however the little audio blip doesn't come through. This might help you out.
