So the slight wrinkle here is that you can always convert to a List[F[A]] but you can't guarantee for all cmds that you'll only have 1 F.

The choices are:

1. Implement toTask on a case by case basis (and allow CmdHelper to make use of the functions.
2. Add toTask everywhere, return a list or an option head of the list, and utilise CmdHelper as-is.
3. 1 + 2, implement everywhere but return Option[F[A]], with None in the cases where you can't guarantee only one result.

In terms of making the original brief work, I feel like one (1) makes sense at the moment.
