PerfectGym SSO

The goal is to not require users to have to separately login/register to the perfect gym application and to be able to use it seamlessly from the cobpc web service.

http://developer.perfectgym.com/api/overview/authentication/ and the rest of the perfectgym api should allow us to add users and supply the authentication details from the cobpc web service.

This work could take me a day or so to review and then an unknown amount of time to fully implement.

Add browsable, searchable document repository

Using latest django, oauth2 with admin user verification (I'll prompt for membership # and email - admin will be emailed to authenticate the user)

Initial document repository will use plain text canonical form (restructured text) with optional pdf/html/epub output formats - it will be mostly searched/browsed on the web.
