pwndbg is slow when connect to debug server of pintool

There's not much we can do regarding memory scans if the Pintool's GDB server does not provide all of the information that we need.

The memoize.reset_on_start was fixed a little while ago. The issue was it was clearing the cache on stop instead of on exit -- just a small typo.

Pwndbg's performance is acceptably fast when doing debugging over e.g. a TCP-over-USB link to an Android device, so that gdb.Value().dereference is slow is not the issue. I believe this issue is Pin's GDB stub being slow.

Since there's nothing actionable left (tl;dr Pin's GDB stub is slow), I'm closing this.
