Debian img not booting

I have exact the same issue, Raspbian boots just fine, but Debian from the link doesn't, and i've tried both 3 times...

There is an easier way although I can't get it working on my RPi but here's the image preloaded with 181 pen testing tools: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pwnpi/files/latest/download
It won't boot on mine, so I had to do what's listed below.

I had the same problem so what I did was use new soft float Debian image (http://downloads.raspberrypi.org/download.php?file=/images/debian/7/2012-08-08-wheezy-armel/2012-08-08-wheezy-armel.zip) and then followed all the other steps and it worked fine. I did run into a couple road blocks along the way though, when I got root user for some reason the "dir" command stopped working and I couldn't "cd" (Change Directory) but then out of nowhere "cd" started working again. Also the very last step "# ./INSTALL_raspberry_pwn.sh" should read
"# sh ./INSTALL_raspberry_pwn.sh" that's as far as i've gotten. I tried to do airmon-ng but it said it was an invalid command although aircrack-ng works. I'll have to play around with it a little more.

oh, rockin, didn't realize they released an armel version of rasbian.

EDIT: aww, false alarm. looks like the best path here is to still use the Soft-float wheezy image on http://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads for the package support (at least until the rasbian packages are more fully featured, or someone takes that on :)

Got a slight issue. The install script assumes squeeze and will not work on wheezy causing weird package conflicts and some packages not working. I'm checking into the install script to see if adjustments can be made to support the current soft float release properly.
