How can I install python-bcrypt on alpine linux without compiling it?

First thing I do is upgrade pip to (currently) 9.0.1, but it does not find the wheels for bcrypt and cffi. It does install other wheels, so not sure what the difference is.

The difference is this wheel has binary data (compiled libraries that depend on specific ABI in linux libs). alpine linux is not manylinux1 compatible so you have to compile it yourself -- there's no choice.
