Sort out the return type of solution

My preference would be for scheduler.solution to return a numpy array. scheduler.schedule could then just take that output and pass it to scheduler.solution_to_schedule

Possibly, we might want a class here to hold these as methods

The alternative is that we simply recognise that we have 3 forms of the solution - numpy array, list of indexes and full schedule - and we use separate names for them.

I think I'm going with:

• solution - the form returned by pulp. A list of tuples of the form (event.index, slot.index)
• array - a binary numpy array with rows representing events, columns representing slots and 1 to indicate scheduling of an event in a slot
• schedule - a list of resources.ScheduledItems
