If I understand correctly, do you want to use individual Python versions per your scripts?
There is special environment variable PYENV_VERSION. Because the shell configuration precedes than local and global configurations in pyenv, you can inject special Python version from the environment variable PYENV_ROOT.
For example, let's say that you have setup a virtualenv named venv32 for command foo. You can invoke foo with venv32 with typing PYENV_VERSION=venv32 foo.
