Let's get a vote from @amontalenti, @kbourgoin and @tdhopper since we have a tie between @dan-blanchard and I. Something kinda funny to me about doing sparse quickstart --template=kafka-jvm, but I can see the benefit to users.

I will also mention that the Kafka JVM example's included Vagrant VM is one of my main tools for developing streamparse these days. We might want to mention that somewhere in the dev docs, if we don't already.
