Can't get extendedpaymenykey from cbor

PaymentExtendedSigningKey.from_cbor expect the input to be CBOR bytes or a CBOR hex string of the actual key. It cannot contain other things, e.g. a string of "ed25519bip32_sk1". In this case, you probably want to parse your body.skey and extract the key's CBOR hex and pass it to the function.
If your extended key is stored in a .skey file, you might be able to load it directly using PaymentExtendedSigningKey.load("path/to/my/payment.skey"), like this example here. The key being loaded could be found here.

After parsing my signingKey to a hex, I get a new error

This error means the CBOR hex is corrupted. Please double check if your extracted signing key hex is correct.
