check usage of GridDefinition and longitude wrapping

Attaching 4 files:

1. The ipython notebook used for the earthpy.org contribution
2. The 3 images obtained with that original notebook (with -180 to meshgrid() and using SwathDefinition)
3. The same 3 images when I remove the -180.
4. The same 3 images when I keep the -180 but change from SwathDefinition to GridDefinition for both orig_def and targ_def
