Add torrent dialog opens but application simultaneously starts the torrent at the default location

I am consistently facing this issue with torrent add dialogue which opens on torrent detection in a watched folder but the application starts the torrent at the default location without my consent.

This issue has already been discussed here.
In fact, the situation is the opposite. "Watched folders" subsystem is not supposed to show any dialogs, so it's what adds the torrent behind the scenes. At the same time, you most likely have your browser configured so that it automatically opens downloaded torrent files in the associated application, so it's because of it that qBittorrent shows a dialog.
