The URILiteral
symbol is referenced in XPath and XQuery via:
LocalNamespaceDecls ::= LocalNamespaceDecl*
LocalNamespaceDecl ::= "namespace" NCName "{" URILiteral "}"
but these are not referenced elsewhere.
from qtspecs.
The current state of play seems to be:
- XQuery 4.0 defines and uses the symbol URILiteral
- XPath lists the symbol in the EBNF appendix, but does not use it anywhere
