One of the features I value most in an IDE is the ability to easily navigate
around a code base. Supporting ctrl+click or F3, and ctrl-shift-R functionality
should be a top priority. Makefiles and other build features should be lower
priority, since every shop has its own environment, and it's not likely that
you'll be able to provide build features that everyone can use.
