All files deleted upon Project > Clean, including src

I've been trying to reproduce this one in a test environment but I don't seem 
to manage it.
Can you give please some steps like the ones I followed here?
- new eclipse environment
- installed the latest update site 
http://goclipse.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/goclipse-update-site/
(there may have been a few packages with the same version - this won't happen 
in the future)
- created a new project, a new file, compiled, executed, then Project->Clean. 
Build automatically was on.

everything seems to work fine using these steps. So there is something that I'm 
not doing right in order to reproduce the problem, or the problem was fixed in 
the latest repackaging.

I was never able to reproduce the problem, so I'm not sure what caused it.

If Environment.INSTANCE.getOutputFolder() ever returned "", (which is a 
possibility if the Environment is FUBARed), this would cause the behavior 
described in this bug.

Attached a patch to make sure this never happens.
